Do you adore being Beautiful Inside and Outside?

Girl! You need some tips for the daily basis! 
I Love Dr. Michael Roizen urges healthy behaviors. I absolutely recommend them!!!
1. Eat a banana with breakfast or as a snack, or have chicken soup for lunch to help prevent recurring minor depression.

2. Focus on good posture for life by pretending the top of your head is being pulled to the ceiling by a string.
3. Floss. When you don’t, you’re not cleaning 40 percent of the tooth.
4. Listen to music you love. It lifts your spirits and has a beneficial effect on your blood pressure. (People who attend musical concerts live longer!)
5. Nourish your skin with an ointment containing niacin; pantothenic acid; vitamins A, C and E; and alpha hydroxy acids.
